Ajuda de Desenvolvimento de Povo para Povo Moçambique
ADPP Mozambique strives to promote social and economic development for the people of Mozambique who are in the most venerable position.
Perceiving development as a holistic and inclusive process the organisation strives to achieve wellbeing for the people of the country.
Four decades of positive impact
Ajuda de Desenvolvimento de povo Para de Para was established in 1982 as a non-governmental association. In the almost four decades of their existence ADPP Moçambique has implemented over 60 projects around Mozambique and has benefited more than 2 million people annually.
More than 20.000 school teachers have been educated, most of whom work in the rural areas where the need is the greatest.
The organisation was founded on the concept of strong belief that change happens in the minds and hearts of people and is inspired by social and cultural interaction with others. A concept which has not changed but instead proved its power and relevancy over the years.
